About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fintech organization in the Nürnberg area seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on designing innovative IT solutions in banking and payment systems, bridging the gap between product owners and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop technical concepts for innovative IT solutions with a focus on banking and payment processing
- Provide consultation and technical support to clients during conceptual development phases
- Advise on platform ecosystems, digitalization strategies, and AI implementation possibilities
- Serve as the interface between product owners (client-side) and developers (internal)
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies
- Model and document business processes
- Work within a modern environment using tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Miro, and Slack
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For
- German language skills (negotiation-level proficiency) and very good English
- Completed university degree and/or professional training (e.g., Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable fields)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, product ownership, or comparable roles
- Several years of solid experience in agile working environments with Scrum and related methodologies
- Excellent abilities in gathering, managing, and presenting requirements
- Extensive experience working at the interface between clients and development teams
- Openness to using modern tools, including AI-assisted applications, in daily work
- Ability to provide innovative consulting to clients
- Highly developed communication skills
- Scrum Master certification
