Senior Bauleiter (m/w/d) Ingenieurbau

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential civil engineering construction organization in München. In this senior site management role, you will:

• Lead demanding infrastructure projects independently from preparation through successful completion
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction site teams
• Ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and quality requirements
• Serve as primary contact for clients, planning firms, and project stakeholders throughout all construction phases
• Execute change order management and maintain complete project documentation

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience as a construction site manager in civil engineering
• Solid knowledge of VOB (German construction contract regulations) as well as construction contract and change order management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
