We are representing a well-established construction company seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for high-rise and commercial building projects. Our client operates in Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, delivering complex construction projects with a strong focus on quality and innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take full ownership of demanding building projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage demanding high-rise construction projects from site setup through successful handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and all trades involved in the construction process
• Ensure compliance with schedule, quality standards, and budget requirements
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, specialist planners, and authorities throughout all construction phases
• Monitor construction progress including documentation, change order management, and acceptance of construction services

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a construction site manager in high-rise/commercial construction, ideally with independent project execution of complex building projects
• Solid knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and strong understanding of construction processes and project management
• Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication abilities, team orientation, and independent, structured working style
• German language proficiency required for this role
