Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction organization seeking a Senior Site Manager for demanding high-rise building projects in Nürnberg. In this role, you will independently lead and manage complex construction projects from site setup through successful handover. You will coordinate and supervise subcontractors and all trades involved in the construction process, ensuring strict adherence to schedule, quality standards, and budget parameters. As the primary point of contact, you will maintain communication with property owners, architects, specialist planners, and authorities throughout the entire construction phase. Your responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, comprehensive documentation, managing change orders, and conducting final acceptance of construction services.

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification. You should bring several years of professional experience as a site manager in high-rise construction, ideally with proven experience independently managing complex building projects. Strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and a solid understanding of construction processes and project management are essential. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, strong assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking. Outstanding communication abilities, team collaboration skills, and an independent, structured working style round out your profile.
