About the Role
As a Seasonal Turn Team Member at B.HOM Student Living in San Marcos, you'll help transform apartment homes between residents during our highest-volume period. Working alongside the Property Operations team onsite, you'll make sure each unit is clean, repaired, and welcoming before new residents arrive. This is a temporary position not exceeding 120 days, with full or part-time hours that may include evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as workload demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and turn vacant apartment homes so they are move-in ready for incoming residents
- Complete cleaning, basic maintenance, and detailing tasks across units during turn season
- Support the Property Operations department with the high-volume schedule of unit readiness
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet turn deadlines
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient onsite work environment
Qualifications
- Availability to work full or part-time hours, including extended, evening, and weekend shifts
- Ability to commit to a seasonal, temporary assignment of up to 120 days
