About the Role

As Senior Director of Advertising and Promotional Compliance, you'll oversee all aspects of how our injectables, devices, and skincare products are promoted to healthcare professionals and consumers. You'll ensure every claim, image, and promotional piece meets FDA, FTC, and international regulatory requirements while supporting our business growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute advertising compliance strategies that protect brand integrity and regulatory standing
• Review and approve all promotional materials, marketing claims, and advertising copy before launch
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for promotional compliance across global markets
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal to ensure substantiation for all health-related claims
• Manage submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies on advertising matters
• Stay current with evolving FDA, FTC, and international advertising regulations
• Develop internal compliance policies, training programs, and audit processes
• Build systems for tracking and responding to regulatory inquiries or complaints

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree in life sciences, regulatory affairs, law, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years in advertising compliance, regulatory affairs, or related pharmaceutical or medical device roles
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders across functions
• Deep knowledge of FDA advertising regulations, FTC enforcement practices, and international regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business guidance
