EY seeks an accomplished SAP Production Planning and Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) Manager in West Miami, Miami-Dade County to lead consulting engagements that transform manufacturing operations. This full-time role combines strategic advisory with hands-on SAP technology leadership for enterprise clients modernizing their production planning capabilities.

About the Role

As an SAP Production Planning and Digital Manufacturing Cloud Manager in our Consulting practice, you'll guide clients through the intersection of SAP systems and modern manufacturing strategy. You'll own project delivery, technical architecture decisions, and business outcomes—mentoring teams while partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders to unlock operational efficiency in production environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud implementations and upgrades, translating client business objectives into technical roadmaps
• Design and optimize production planning workflows, demand forecasting, and supply-demand alignment within SAP platforms
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources; establish success metrics and govern delivery quality
• Architect solutions that integrate SAP's production planning modules with broader enterprise systems
• Advise clients on best practices, change management, and organizational readiness for manufacturing transformation
• Build and mentor consulting teams; cultivate client relationships and identify upsell opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Deep hands-on experience with SAP production planning, demand planning, or supply chain modules
• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) solutions and implementation methodologies
• Proven track record leading complex projects and managing stakeholder expectations across functions
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and operational metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at executive level
• Consulting or professional services background preferred; willingness to travel as needed
