About This Position

As District Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple Domino's locations in the Casselberry area and building strong leadership capabilities among your store management team. You'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on coaching to drive consistent operational performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly influence store profitability, team retention, and brand execution across your district.

What You'll Do

• Develop tailored coaching objectives and conduct pre-planned mentoring sessions with General Managers, Area Managers, and crew members using Domino's store planning tools
• Deliver practical, suggestive on-the-job coaching focused on operations, management practices, and team leadership
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide positive, constructive feedback that supports growth
• Champion professional development initiatives and career advancement pathways for store leadership
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities across your district
• Model accountability and operational excellence in all store interactions

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in restaurant operations, franchisee management, or multi-unit retail leadership
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven track record driving operational consistency, cost discipline, and customer service standards
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable strategic guidance
• Organized, motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel between locations regularly
