Assistant Project Manager – Healthcare

Batska Network is hiring a full-time Assistant Project Manager to support healthcare construction and engineering projects in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County. Join our team of skilled professionals managing complex MEP, Fire Protection, architectural, and infrastructure work for prestigious healthcare institutions and public facilities.

About the Role

As Assistant Project Manager at Batska Network, you'll partner with experienced project managers to deliver healthcare facility projects from conception through completion. You'll coordinate project activities, manage schedules and documentation, and help ensure every initiative meets our high standards for quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Assist project managers with day-to-day coordination of healthcare construction, engineering, and commissioning work
• Support scheduling, timeline management, and milestone tracking across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, and architectural components
• Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and healthcare facility stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, construction drawings, submittals, permits, and compliance records
• Track project budgets and assist with cost reporting and change order management
• Support site inspections, quality assurance reviews, and safety program coordination
• Assist with vendor and subcontractor management and procurement coordination
• Help prepare and distribute project status reports and progress updates

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software or tools
• Strong capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and manage shifting deadlines in an active environment
• Detail-oriented approach with a genuine commitment to quality and safety
• Interest in healthcare facility requirements and construction industry best practices
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
