EY is hiring a Senior Manager to lead SAP Finance consulting engagements in Cammack Village, Pulaski County. In this full-time role, you'll deliver enterprise financial systems advisory, help clients optimize processes, and drive measurable business transformation through technology and operational excellence.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager in Finance Consulting, you'll own complex client engagements focused on SAP financial systems. Your work spans strategy and design through implementation and optimization, combining technical SAP expertise with business acumen to architect financial solutions that improve controls, streamline operations, and accelerate digital finance capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP finance implementation and optimization projects for enterprise and mid-market clients
• Design financial processes and systems architecture aligned with client goals and industry best practices
• Build and mentor consulting teams throughout engagement delivery
• Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis and translate business needs into robust SAP configurations
• Establish financial operations best practices across general ledger, payables, receivables, and asset management
• Partner with clients through change management, training, and system go-live
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance financial technology adoption

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience implementing SAP Finance modules across multiple industries and client types
• Proven success managing large consulting engagements and building client partnerships
• Deep expertise in financial processes, including GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and financial close cycles
• Strong leadership background with ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in process design, systems integration, and business transformation
• Superior communication skills with ability to explain complex systems and strategy to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or information systems
