Salesforce Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. Your work will be deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability.

You will ship meaningful Salesforce work in production environments, write idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and balance declarative-first thinking with the willingness to write code where it provides clear value. This position requires strong expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation, and a solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing architecture.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing)
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development

Pay

This is a full-time, direct W2 position based anywhere in the United States (100% remote). Pay via Get A Job.ai: $130,000–$145,000 annually.
