What You'll Do

• Prospect for and qualify new business opportunities in your assigned territory
• Present VWR's products and services, highlighting relevant solutions for each prospect
• Develop accurate, competitive proposals and pricing quotations
• Negotiate terms and close agreements to achieve sales objectives
• Maintain organized account records and forecasts using CRM systems
• Uncover and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction
• Represent VWR professionally at client meetings, industry events, and presentations

Requirements

• Proven success in a sales role, ideally in industrial, scientific, or B2B environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customer bases
• Excellent negotiation abilities and consultative problem-solving approach
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
