Operating equipment and systems that directly support VWR's mission in the Paris, KY area requires focus, diligence, and strong mechanical thinking. In this full-time Operator position, you'll become familiar with our processes, equipment, and quality standards while working within a structured team environment. Your Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment used in facility operations
• Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure safe, efficient work conditions
• Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues or maintenance needs immediately
• Record operational data, production metrics, and other relevant information accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow
• Support quality assurance efforts by adhering to specifications and standards
• Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ability to work full-time and maintain consistent attendance
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
