What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards
• Inspect finished products and materials for quality, compliance, and defects
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities and output
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support the production team in meeting daily and weekly output targets
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to resolve production issues quickly
• Assist with equipment maintenance and report any mechanical problems or concerns

Who We're Looking For

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn production processes
• Basic math skills and ability to read and understand work instructions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
