Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on healthcare distribution and services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospital systems, pharmacies, and provider organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to drive business outcomes
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to maximize performance and retention

What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B healthcare sales leadership with at least 7-10 years of progressive experience
- Demonstrated success leading sales teams to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the healthcare supply chain, distribution, or related services sector
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Excellent communication and executive presence with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed to support team and client relationships
