About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Territory Account Executive to cover the Malaysia market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization that operates critical internet infrastructure serving millions of users worldwide.
Our talent team is seeking an experienced sales professional who can drive new business acquisition and manage strategic accounts across Malaysia. You'll work with enterprise clients ranging from small and medium businesses to Fortune 500 organizations, helping them adopt cloud-based solutions that enhance their digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in Malaysia
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and business reviews with prospects and clients
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams including solutions engineering, customer success, and marketing to ensure client satisfaction
- Forecast accurately and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments in the region
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B technology sales, preferably selling SaaS, cloud, or security solutions
- 3-5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with demonstrated ability to close enterprise deals
- Experience managing territory sales in Malaysia or Southeast Asia markets
- Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and value-based selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language capabilities are a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel within territory as needed
