About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential sports and entertainment organization in the Rosslyn, Arlington County area. Our client is seeking a Manager, Member Services to lead their membership operations and deliver exceptional service to their season ticket holders and premium clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for managing member relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the member services team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee day-to-day operations for season ticket holders and premium members
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction
- Handle escalated member inquiries and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with ticketing, sales, and event operations teams to ensure seamless member experiences
- Monitor service metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and service standards
- Coordinate member benefits, exclusive events, and VIP experiences
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in sports, entertainment, or hospitality
- Proven track record of leading service teams and achieving retention goals
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and during events
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
