About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Community Relations Specialist to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on driving enrollment growth and member engagement through strategic community outreach, partnership development, and local market activation.
Responsibilities
- Lead community outreach activities to achieve membership and enrollment objectives
- Plan and execute health fairs, community events, and local marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, providers, and community vendors
- Support new market launches and expansion efforts through grassroots engagement
- Conduct training sessions and presentations for community partners and stakeholders
- Implement member retention strategies and engagement programs
- Generate leads and identify business development opportunities within assigned territory
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on community presence and visibility
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in community relations, outreach, or field marketing roles
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Experience coordinating events and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within the Dallas market
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience strongly preferred
