  • Monitor ongoing project tasks and deliverables under the guidance of department leads
  • Maintain shared calendars, project timelines, and workflow documentation across teams and initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison for meeting logistics, scheduling coordination, and stakeholder follow-ups
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies or operational roadblocks and escalate findings to team leadership

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Monday.com, or willingness to become certified within your first 30 days
  • Strong organizational abilities paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with the ability to solve problems independently and proactively
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 is beneficial but not required
  • Background in automotive or retail environments preferred; automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Careful attention to detail and proven reliability managing multiple competing priorities
