Technical Sales Administrator

Signode is hiring a Technical Sales Administrator to join our Brighton, Michigan team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you'll bridge our sales and production operations, providing essential administrative and technical support that keeps customer relationships running smoothly and orders moving efficiently.

About the Role

The Technical Sales Administrator role is central to our sales support function, requiring someone who combines organizational precision with technical understanding. You'll coordinate between sales, production, and customers, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, technical specifications are communicated clearly, and customer needs are met on time. This position demands both operational excellence and the ability to grasp technical product details quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders with attention to technical specifications and delivery timelines
• Provide administrative support to the outside sales team and business development efforts
• Communicate technical information and product details to customers, addressing questions and concerns
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain customer records and sales documentation with accuracy and organization
• Support quote preparation and proposal development for sales opportunities
• Track order status and keep customers informed of progress and any scheduling changes
