Barker Management is seeking a dedicated Roving Property Manager (Free Benefits)! to join their team in Van Nuys, Los Angeles County on a full‑time basis.

About the Role

This position oversees multiple residential properties, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction and property upkeep. The manager travels between sites, providing hands‑on support and acting as the primary point of contact for both tenants and vendors.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Coordinate repairs and vendor services, tracking work orders to completion.
• Address resident inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering positive community relations.
• Assist with lease administration, including move‑ins, move‑outs, and renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, expenditures, and resident communications.
• Support local teams with staffing schedules and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local housing regulations, and fair‑housing laws.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in property management, facilities oversight, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for interacting with residents, staff, and contractors.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic office applications.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.
• Commitment to delivering courteous, professional service and upholding safety standards.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional management.
