About the Role
In this full-time position, you'll serve as a key member of our facilities team, ensuring our property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and proactive maintenance work will directly support tenant satisfaction and the long-term value of the property.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work on building systems and fixtures
- Clean and maintain all common areas, hallways, landscaping, and exterior spaces
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from tenants promptly
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify needed repairs and upkeep
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment
- Follow established safety procedures and building code compliance standards
- Coordinate with management on maintenance schedules and work priorities
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Prior experience in maintenance, facilities management, or janitorial work
- Competency with hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Capacity to work independently and take initiative on facility needs
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and regularly lift materials
- Reliable attendance and professional punctuality
