What This Role Involves

As a Retail Territory Manager in Madison, you'll own the complete execution of our Direct Store Delivery operations across assigned retail accounts. You'll be the primary driver of in-store excellence, ensuring our brands earn premium shelf space, optimal product placement, and consistent consumer visibility. Your territory management combines field execution, relationship building, and strategic thinking to grow sales and strengthen retail partnerships throughout Dane County and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily Direct Store Delivery routes, managing inventory levels and product placement to maximize shelf appeal and sales performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail decision-makers across your territory
• Implement promotional campaigns and brand initiatives that drive consumer engagement and purchase intent
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends within your assigned region to identify growth opportunities
• Track and report sales performance, delivery metrics, and territory growth to management
• Ensure compliance with all merchandising standards and company policies during every store visit
