Your Responsibilities

• Trim, cut, and prepare meat, poultry, veal, pork, lamb, and related products following company standards and food safety protocols
• Process incoming meat deliveries and organize inventory with efficiency and accuracy
• Provide attentive, knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering questions about cuts, preparation tips, and product selection
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the department
• Execute all work according to manager direction and established company procedures

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Meat Cutter or equivalent butcher role
• Demonstrated skill in using meat cutting equipment and hand tools safely and precisely
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage courteously with diverse customers
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health code requirements
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including early mornings and potential weekend availability
