Role Overview

As a Server at San Pedro Golf Course, you'll deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests in our restaurant and beverage facilities. This full-time position is your opportunity to build a career in hospitality while working at a respected property in Benson, Cochise County. You'll work directly with guests, building relationships and ensuring every visit leaves a lasting positive impression.

Core Duties

• Welcome and seat guests, providing prompt and attentive service throughout their meal
• Present menus, describe menu items, answer questions, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Deliver dishes and drinks to tables with care and professionalism
• Check on guest satisfaction regularly and address any concerns or special requests
• Process payments and manage transactions accurately
• Maintain clean, organized table settings and dining areas
• Support the broader team by assisting with setup, breakdown, and special events

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in guest service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining professional standards
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and tips
• Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods and carry trays
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate
