About the Role

As a Fitness Trainer/Instructor, you'll deliver personalized and group fitness instruction to diverse club members. This role combines one-on-one coaching expertise with the ability to lead energizing group classes and wellness programs. You'll work in a fast-paced, hospitality-centered setting where member satisfaction and safety are paramount.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver personalized fitness training sessions tailored to individual member goals, fitness levels, and health considerations
• Lead group fitness classes including strength training, cardio, flexibility, and functional fitness
• Assess member fitness levels and create effective training programs and progression plans
• Educate members on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention
• Maintain detailed records of member progress and adapt programs as needed
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely
• Collaborate with other fitness and wellness staff to provide integrated member experiences
• Contribute to a welcoming, supportive fitness community at the club

What We're Looking For

• Current personal training certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience delivering fitness instruction to diverse populations
• Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve wellness goals
• Ability to motivate and inspire members in both individual and group settings
• Knowledge of fitness assessment, program design, and exercise science principles
• Professional demeanor that aligns with luxury hospitality standards
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and evenings as needed
