About the Role

As Assistant Superintendent, you'll oversee the agronomic practices and maintenance operations that keep our golf course and grounds in pristine condition. You'll report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and manage daily activities across the golf course itself, surrounding grounds, clubhouse landscaping, and maintenance complex.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and agronomic practices on the golf course and adjacent grounds
• Manage clubhouse landscaping and maintenance complex operations
• Support the Golf Course Superintendent in strategic course management decisions
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and crew activities
• Monitor equipment and grounds conditions
• Implement best practices in golf course agronomy

Compensation

This full-time Assistant Superintendent position offers a salary of $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience.
