About the Role

As a Mold Maintenance Technician at TH Plastics in Bowling Green, you'll play a critical role in our manufacturing success. Your primary responsibility is to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on our injection molding tooling and equipment. You'll work closely with our production team to ensure minimal downtime and consistent part quality, supporting our molding division's output across automotive and appliance applications.

What You'll Do

• Execute preventative maintenance routines on injection molds and related equipment to extend tool life
• Diagnose and repair mold-related issues, including cavity damage, cooling system problems, and mechanical wear
• Inspect molds before and after production runs, documenting condition and maintenance needs
• Support manufacturing operations by minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining tool quality standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve operational challenges

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in mold maintenance, tooling repair, or similar technical maintenance role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance specifications
• Familiarity with injection molding equipment and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
