Full Time / Part Time – Order Writer / Nabisco Merchandising

Mondelez International is hiring a full-time Order Writer to join our field sales team in Newburyport, Essex County. This position offers an opportunity to drive retail sales performance and ensure maximum shelf presence for our Nabisco brands and broader product portfolio.

About the Role

As an Order Writer for Nabisco Merchandising, you'll serve as a key link between Mondelez International and our retail partners. Working in the field, you'll execute proven sales and merchandising strategies to grow business, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize the in-store customer experience across your assigned territory.

What You'll Do

• Execute in-store visits and compliance checks following established Mondelez field protocols and best practices
• Maximize product visibility and shelf placement to drive consumer engagement and sales
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor store inventory, replenishment needs, and promotional compliance
• Achieve assigned territory KPIs and contribute to annual sales objectives
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and market conditions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some retail, merchandising, or field sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and mobile devices
