Oracle is seeking an exceptionally skilled Senior Principal Consultant with deep expertise in NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) for our managed services division serving Consumer Services organizations in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish. In this full-time role, you will guide enterprise clients through strategic cloud transformation, driving operational excellence and business growth through intelligent system design and implementation.
About the Role
As a Senior Principal Consultant, you'll bring your extensive NetSuite expertise to our Advanced Customer Support practice, working directly with Consumer Services firms to architect scalable solutions and modernize how they operate. Your strategic guidance will span discovery through deployment, with responsibility for shaping client success outcomes across complex, multi-faceted managed services engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead comprehensive NetSuite assessments and strategy development for Consumer Services organizations seeking operational transformation
- Design and oversee managed services implementations, ensuring delivery excellence across technical, functional, and change management dimensions
- Translate business objectives into robust NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations that deliver measurable results
- Architect solutions leveraging AI and automation to enhance client competitiveness and operational efficiency
- Guide senior client stakeholders through organizational change and digital evolution
- Build and mentor high-performing implementation teams to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with client growth and competitive positioning
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience as a Senior NetSuite consultant with proven success serving Consumer Services sector clients
- Advanced technical proficiency across NetSuite modules, configuration methodologies, and ecosystem integration
- Demonstrated excellence leading enterprise-scale consulting and managed services projects from conception through successful deployment
- Strong executive presence with exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences
- Deep understanding of Consumer Services operational challenges and best practices
- Track record of guiding organizations through significant technology transformations and process optimization
- Familiarity with AI applications in enterprise systems and business operations
