About the Role

As an Industrial Electrician / Panel Builder at Better Engineering, you will work on the shop floor assembling and wiring state-of-the-art automated equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Joppatowne, Harford County, structured around a four-day workweek: ten-hour day shifts Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday overtime available.

Key Responsibilities

• Wire and assemble control panels for automated industrial machinery
• Perform industrial wiring tasks as part of the production team
• Build, route, and connect electrical components to manufacturer specifications
• Contribute to the assembly of finished, ready-to-ship automated systems
• Take advantage of overtime opportunities as production demands arise

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience in industrial wiring and/or panel building
• Comfortable working a 10-hour day shift, Monday through Thursday
• Willingness to work occasional Friday overtime
• Able to work on-site in Joppa, MD
