Retail Operations Director, EMEA

Skims is hiring a Retail Operations Director, EMEA for its London Office in London, United Kingdom. This full-time senior leadership position directs retail operations strategy and delivery across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

About the Role

In the Retail Operations Director, EMEA post based at our London Office, you will set and execute the operational agenda for Skims owned stores and concession sites throughout EMEA. You will champion commercial results, day-to-day excellence, guest experience and infrastructure that can grow with the business, while staying fully aligned with global brand standards. Working side by side with Global Retail, Merchandising, Planning, HR, Finance and Store Development colleagues, you will keep every direct point of sale running efficiently and profitably. You will also establish and coach a strong regional retail organisation and help open new markets as expansion continues.

Core Duties

• Shape and implement operational strategy for owned retail stores and concessions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa
• Drive commercial performance, operational standards, customer experience and scalable systems throughout the region
• Collaborate with Global Retail, Merchandising, Planning, HR, Finance and Store Development so EMEA locations run efficiently, profitably and on brand
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-calibre regional retail team
• Support market-entry projects and accelerated growth while maintaining consistent excellence

What You Bring

• Substantial senior experience directing multi-market or multi-country retail operations, ideally with EMEA exposure
• Proven ability to improve commercial outcomes, operational process and guest experience at scale
• Skill in building and coaching high-performing retail teams across several geographies
• Comfort partnering with cross-functional global teams on merchandising, planning, people, finance and store development matters
• Strong commercial judgement and the capacity to deliver profitable, brand-consistent points of sale
• Willingness to work from the London Office, London, United Kingdom in a full-time on-site capacity
