• Advise senior stakeholders on workforce matters and continuous improvement of HR services
• Coordinate key activities such as workforce planning and talent support as organisational needs arise

Qualifications

• Solid track record of managing intricate HR operations, ideally in multi-country settings
• Working knowledge of European employment legislation and its practical application
• Demonstrated success in interim or fixed-term HR Manager mandates
