We are representing a confidential home improvement organization seeking a Retail Marketing Representative - Bilingual Spanish in the Fountainebleau area. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about connecting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail locations throughout Miami-Dade County, including Miami Lakes, Doral, Kendall, Homestead, and Cutler Ridge
• Represent our client's home improvement services and products to prospective customers
• Generate leads and schedule appointments through direct customer interaction
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve diverse customer demographics
• Work flexible schedules including weekends to maximize customer engagement
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team success
• Commute to multiple retail locations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
• Availability to work full-time, part-time, and weekends
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to multiple locations across Miami-Dade County
• Prior retail, marketing, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

Pay
