Avocado Mattress is seeking a full-time Retail Brand Experience Associate to join our team at our Santa Monica showroom in Los Angeles County. In this on-site role, you'll engage directly with customers and deliver the personalized service that helps them find the perfect mattress.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering competitive hourly pay plus monthly bonuses. You'll work on-site at our Santa Monica location, with the opportunity to earn overtime compensation as a valued member of our retail team.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and understand their unique sleep and comfort needs
- Demonstrate mattress products and explain key features and benefits
- Answer product questions with knowledge and confidence
- Guide shoppers through selection based on their preferences and budget
- Support the purchase process and complete transactions
- Maintain an inviting, clean showroom environment
