About the Role
As a Senior Digital Content Specialist–Organizing, you'll develop and execute digital content strategies that amplify organizing campaigns and engage our member communities. Working closely with organizers and campaign teams, you'll use compelling storytelling across digital channels to drive support for union initiatives and advance SEIU's organizing mission.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement digital content strategies that support organizing campaigns and member mobilization
- Write and produce engaging content for email, social media, web platforms, and digital advertising
- Partner with field organizers to translate on-the-ground strategy into effective digital communications
- Manage content production timelines, editorial calendars, and multi-channel distribution
- Measure content performance, gather member feedback, and refine strategies to maximize impact
- Coordinate with communications, organizing, and digital teams on integrated campaign execution
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success developing and executing digital content and campaign strategies
- Strong writing ability with experience creating persuasive, audience-focused messaging
- Proficiency with social media management, digital platforms, and content management systems
- Experience in labor, union, organizing, or advocacy communications (preferred)
- Collaborative approach to working across teams in dynamic, mission-driven environments
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
