About the Role
As a Residential Coordinator with our Interim Housing Services team, you'll work directly with residents rebuilding their lives after experiencing homelessness. Your role bridges case management services, housing stability, and community resources—ensuring residents have the support needed to maintain their homes and achieve long-term stability. Driving is an essential function of this position.
What You'll Do
- Guide residents through move-in processes and help them adjust to their new housing
- Act as a primary point of contact between residents and their assigned case management teams
- Conduct regular wellness checks and unit inspections to ensure housing quality and resident well-being
- Address urgent housing-related concerns and respond to emergencies during and outside business hours
- Connect residents with community resources and services that remove barriers to stability
- Develop working knowledge of homelessness, common housing challenges, and available community programs
- Educate residents and case managers on lease terms, tenancy obligations, and tenant rights
- Document case notes, update HMIS and Salesforce systems, and maintain compliance records
- Prepare reports on client outcomes and track progress through follow-up support

Position Details and Compensation
This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering salary from $26.64 to $31.68 per hour (paid over 24 periods annually), with rates reflecting your experience level. Work schedules include shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with various day-of-week configurations.
