About the Role

As a Cornerstone Consultant, you'll be at the center of how organizations approach their most pressing people challenges. You'll work with clients across industries to develop talent strategies, optimize workforce structures, and drive organizational change that creates lasting impact.

What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to identify and solve complex workforce challenges aligned with business objectives
• Develop and recommend talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability
• Analyze workforce data and market insights to inform strategic recommendations
• Lead workshops and stakeholder conversations to drive change adoption
• Build business cases for talent and organizational initiatives
• Contribute to client proposals and project delivery planning

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational psychology, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience or demonstrated interest in human resources, organizational development, or talent management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
