What You'll Do

• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies
• Build and mentor a motivated banking team, supporting their professional development and performance goals
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and community partners
• Manage loan portfolios, credit decisions, and risk mitigation within established guidelines
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management for branch personnel
• Monitor financial metrics and operational KPIs, reporting results to senior leadership
• Stay current with banking products, services, and market trends to guide customer solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in retail banking, branch management, or a related financial services role
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and foster a positive workplace culture
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, compliance, and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
