About the Role
As a Residential Carpenter with Lifeway Mobility Holdings LLC, you'll design, build, and install custom accessibility modifications that transform homes for people with mobility challenges. Working primarily in the Burnsville area and surrounding communities, you'll take pride in craftsmanship that directly improves clients' quality of life and independence. This is full-time, in-field work with consistent demand and professional development opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Measure, cut, and install residential carpentry components including ramps, railings, grab bars, deck modifications, and threshold adjustments
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate, safe installations meeting accessibility standards
- Prepare materials and work sites, maintaining clean and organized job conditions
- Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and installation teams to deliver quality results on schedule
- Inspect completed work for quality and safety compliance before client handoff
- Communicate professionally with homeowners about project progress and modifications
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a residential carpenter or in home construction/renovation
