Remote LSW (Masters of Social Work) – Fee for Service

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a provisionally licensed social worker (LSW) to provide remote mental health services to clients in Pennsylvania. This is a fee-for-service arrangement designed for clinicians pursuing independent licensure while building a sustainable practice.

Candidates will provide telehealth sessions as part of a growing clinical team serving thousands of clients nationwide. This role offers the autonomy of remote work combined with structured support including credentialing assistance, clinical supervision, and administrative backing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and children using evidence-based treatment approaches
• Perform client intakes and provide diagnostic assessments according to current DSM-5 criteria under licensed supervision
• Treat a variety of presenting concerns with focus on depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health conditions
• Maintain consistent availability of at least 25 client sessions weekly with 30 hours of scheduled availability
• Document sessions and maintain client records using electronic health record systems
• Participate in clinical supervision and case consultation activities
• Work collaboratively with a remote clinical team to ensure quality care delivery

What We're Looking For

• Current approval by the Pennsylvania state board as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• Active pursuit of independent clinical licensure (LCSW) in Pennsylvania
• Current residency in Pennsylvania
• Graduate degree from an approved 60-credit hour Master of Social Work program
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
• Experience independently conducting intakes and providing diagnoses under supervision (preferred)
• Comfort working with behavioral health generalist populations including couples and children
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record technology
• Commitment to measurable client outcomes and evidence-based practice
• Strong collaboration skills and positive team orientation

Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Eastern Time, with expectation of building a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing completion.

Pay

Pay details and fee structure will be discussed during the interview process with our client. Compensation is performance-based on session volume with potential bonus opportunities.
