About the Role

This Regulatory Affairs Post Market Specialist position sits at the critical intersection of regulatory compliance, legal strategy, and operational excellence. You'll work within Oracle's Health & Life Sciences division during a period of significant regulatory change and technological advancement in healthcare, ensuring the organization remains compliant with evolving federal, state, and international requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and interpret evolving healthcare regulations and regulatory guidance across federal, state, and international levels
  • Develop, implement, and manage post-market surveillance programs and compliance initiatives
  • Prepare regulatory documentation, submissions, and communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, legal, quality, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Conduct regulatory risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support audit preparation and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and findings
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments affecting Oracle's Health & Life Sciences business

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs, particularly in post-market compliance or surveillance functions
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical device regulations, or pharmaceutical compliance frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance excellence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in regulatory affairs or a related field
  • Valid US work authorization (sponsorship is not available for this position)
