Oracle is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Post Market Specialist for a full-time position based in the US within our Health & Life Sciences Legal and Compliance Group. This Regulatory Affairs Post Market Specialist position sits at the critical intersection of regulatory compliance, legal strategy, and operational excellence. You'll work within Oracle's Health & Life Sciences division during a period of significant regulatory change and technological advancement in healthcare, ensuring the organization remains compliant with evolving federal, state, and international requirements.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and interpret evolving healthcare regulations and regulatory guidance across federal, state, and international levels
• Develop, implement, and manage post-market surveillance programs and compliance initiatives
• Prepare regulatory documentation, submissions, and communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, legal, quality, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support audit preparation and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and findings
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments affecting Oracle's Health & Life Sciences business

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs, particularly in post-market compliance or surveillance functions
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical device regulations, or pharmaceutical compliance frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects and priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance excellence
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in regulatory affairs or a related field
• Valid US work authorization (sponsorship is not available for this position)
