Litigation Paralegal, Labor & Employment

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a full-time Litigation Paralegal, Labor & Employment to join its in-house Legal Department in Uptown, Marion County. About the Role

As a Litigation Paralegal, Labor & Employment, you will be an essential contributor to Cushman & Wakefield's in-house legal team in Uptown, Marion County. Working side by side with in-house counsel and fellow paralegals, you will help oversee a high-volume portfolio of employment disputes and litigation, coordinating closely with Human Resources, risk, and business leaders. The position covers the full lifecycle of matters, from early pre-litigation attorney demands through active litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in-house counsel in handling labor and employment disputes and litigation from intake to resolution.
• Manage and track a large, active caseload of employment-related matters with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with pre-litigation attorney demands and early-stage case assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, risk management, and business leaders to gather information and coordinate responses.
• Organize case files, documents, and deadlines to keep matters moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience, ideally within litigation and/or labor and employment matters.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle a high-volume portfolio without losing precision.
• Comfort partnering with cross-functional teams such as HR, risk, and business leadership.
• Clear written and verbal communication and sound professional judgment.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Uptown, Marion County.
