Registered Respiratory Therapist- Full-Time Nights

What You'll Do

• Assess, monitor, and support patients requiring respiratory care across multiple units during night hours
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment and ventilator systems
• Collect and analyze blood gas samples, interpret results, and adjust treatment protocols as needed
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and ICU teams to optimize patient respiratory management
• Provide patient and family education on respiratory conditions and treatment options
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation and records
• Respond to emergencies and acute respiratory events with clinical competency and composure

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and Missouri licensure
• Strong clinical knowledge of respiratory physiology, pathology, and therapeutic interventions
• Proficiency with mechanical ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative night shift environment
