Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care to nephrology and telemetry patients across a variety of conditions
• Monitor cardiac telemetry readings and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Support patients managing kidney-related and renal health concerns
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Build foundational nursing competencies through mentorship and on-the-floor experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (recent graduates welcome)
• Eligibility for or current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
• Willingness to learn nephrology and telemetry care in a fast-paced setting
