What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate patient care under the guidance of experienced clinical mentors
• Perform patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and documentation using hospital electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support coordinated patient outcomes
• Develop clinical decision-making skills and nursing competencies through real-world patient interactions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members
• Learn hospital policies, protocols, and best practices in acute care nursing

What We're Looking For

• Current nursing school student or recent graduate (regardless of graduation timing)
• Valid nursing licensure, NCLEX candidacy, or eligibility for state licensure
• Strong foundation in clinical nursing knowledge and patient assessment skills
