You'll work in our 34-bed pre- and post-operative unit supporting interventional radiology procedures at Barnes Jewish Hospital's PACU Plaza West Tower location. This position offers flexible 4/10 shift schedules with consistent 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM hours, along with 24 hours of call per six-week rotation. The role includes comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility, reflecting BJC's commitment to rewarding clinical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care in the pre- and post-operative settings for interventional radiology cases
- Monitor and assess patients during recovery following minimally invasive procedures
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Support the comfort and safety of patients throughout their procedural experience
- Respond to on-call responsibilities as scheduled
What We're Looking For
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Missouri
- Pre- and post-operative or critical care nursing experience preferred
