About the Role
The Manager of Legal Administration serves as an operational leader for Deloitte's Office of General Counsel. What You'll Do
- Direct daily administrative operations and coordinate workflow across multiple legal practice groups and teams
- Design and implement operational processes that measurably improve productivity and service delivery
- Evaluate and deploy technology solutions that streamline routine tasks and enhance team capability
- Lead process improvement and continuous optimization initiatives aligned with department priorities
- Partner with legal leadership to identify operational gaps and deliver strategic solutions
- Ensure compliance, documentation standards, and record management best practices across the legal function
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to support seamless coordination
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in legal administration, legal operations, or professional administrative management roles
- Proven track record designing and implementing operational processes in corporate legal or professional services environments
- Hands-on expertise with legal practice management software and standard business applications
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement and change management initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a collaborative, dynamic setting
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
