Join MHM Support Services as a Registered Nurse - Graduate Nurse in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week on the day shift, providing an excellent opportunity for newly licensed nurses to develop clinical expertise in patient-centered healthcare.

About the Role

As a graduate nurse, you'll use the nursing process to deliver direct patient care across your assigned patients. You'll work alongside experienced clinical professionals in a supportive environment where you can strengthen your assessment, critical thinking, and hands-on nursing skills. Your role involves coordinating with multiple departments and caregivers to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient conditions throughout your shift
• Develop and execute individualized care plans for each assigned patient
• Administer medications, treatments, and other clinical interventions
• Document patient care activities and clinical observations accurately and thoroughly
• Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate patient care across departments and with other healthcare providers
• Maintain patient privacy and honor patient rights and confidentiality
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by your team members
• Participate in ongoing professional development and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in Missouri or eligibility to become licensed
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN)
• Strong clinical knowledge and foundational nursing competencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Commitment to patient safety and compassionate care
• Flexibility to learn and grow in a dynamic clinical environment
• Reliable and responsible approach to professional duties
