Sr. Manager, Equity Administration

Gong.io is seeking a Sr. Manager, Equity Administration to oversee our equity operations across the United States. In this full-time position, you'll own all aspects of equity grant management, administration, and compliance for our growing revenue platform.

As Sr. Manager, Equity Administration at Gong.io, you'll lead equity operations that directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and reward top talent across our organization. This role bridges finance, legal, HR, and executive leadership, ensuring seamless administration of our equity programs while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and data integrity.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute equity grant administration processes, from approval through vesting and exercise
• Maintain accurate equity records, cap tables, and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and tax requirements
• Communicate equity information to employees, finance teams, and executives with clarity and precision
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and HR teams to ensure policies align with corporate governance standards
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of equity administration systems and tools
• Manage recurring equity-related processes including grants, exercises, and corporate actions
• Develop reporting and analytics to track equity metrics and outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equity administration, compensation, corporate finance, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise with stock options, RSUs, employee stock purchase plans, and equity mechanics
• Deep knowledge of SEC reporting, tax compliance, and accounting standards related to equity
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or complex projects in a growth-stage environment
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex equity concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency with equity administration software and financial systems
